Let me tell you about me
My name Barbara Osgood. I have worked in the accounting field since the 1970’s and has seen the change from neat, penciled double entry journals to the introduction of the PC. The best system is the one that works for you. Simply Numbers was created with that individual flexibility in mind.
I am especially interested in making your bookkeeping work for you. Your business bookkeeping systems should be able to tell the story of your business in a way that reflects you and your business as well as provide a simple way to manage the information required at tax time.
When I’m not counting beans, I spend time searching for family stories wherever I can find them. They can be found in the oddest places. Asking questions and wondering ‘what if” has served me well in both my life as a Bean Counter and a Genealogical Historian (Family Storyteller).
